Ron’s Magic & Malarky is available in several themed programs for libraries.
“Here There Be Dragons!” is designed to complement the Illinois 2011 summer reading theme, “Midsummer Knight’s Read;” it focuses on the legend, lore, mystique, and, of course, the magic of dragons! “
Simply Magic” is designed specifically for preschool age audiences, though is still fun for older children and adults who might be present; it focuses on colors, numbers, shapes, sizes, etc.
“Spooky Magic” is designed especially for Halloween, focusing on a variety of spooky effects.
“The Library is Haunted,” originally inspired by the 2010 Illinois summer reading theme, “Scare Up a Good Book,” is fun both for Halloween or other times of the year and emphasizes reading, books, ideas, and using the library.
